The location was comfortable and best possible, not far from Marrakech medina, the Atlas mountains, and main attractions in the city. Had essentials needed in the triple room, including a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and refrigerators.

The excellent assistance of Hanna and the rest of the staff. I had to leave my wife in a restaurant as I went to look for the Riad, since we could dreadfully lost. After finding it, Hanna walked with me to the restaurant to fetch my wife and helped us back to the Riad. She was absolutely amazing and gave a small gift to us for our baby which is due in December.

Spectacular central & accessible location, especially considering the price-point. Nice, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, very refreshing considering the location! Staff were friendly and helpful (although sometimes hard to grab their attention). Frequent laughter of the girls downstairs really cheered the place up a lot. Meals and the bottomless tea+olives were better than most local cafe's & restaurants. Hannah was lovely! Pro-tip: Do accept their offer to escort from the airport/train station (even though it's rather overpriced), as the riad is NOT where google maps says it is, and you'll never find it! The souk can be rather daunting searching with all your lugage!
Most of the girls have relatively poor English, so asking for advice about locations/outings was unproductive. Advice was often biased towards services they provide or endorse.

The staff at Riad Lila were so accommodating, they did anything for us that we asked. Especially Hannah! She was an angel!
Riad Lila was great..my only suggestion would be to include (or offer) some fruit with the breakfast in the morning. Many tourists enjoy having some fruit in the morning ;)

The riad is beautifully decorated with traditional tiling, drapes and a central fountain. It's a little oasis inside the medina. Staff were very helpful and dinners we had there were delicious.

We loved the central location just a few minutes away from Jemaa el-Fna square. the staff was super friendly and always had a smile on their face. the riad was beautifully decorated and very clean. the breakfast in the inner courtyard was a great way to start the day, with plenty of vegan-friendly options. the rooftop terrace with a small pool was a nice spot for a quick cooldown.
Felt safe walking at night, no complaints whatsoever.

As a senior woman, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Riad Lila in Marrakesh. One thing I loved about the hotel was its beautiful decoration. The traditional Moroccan style added a touch of charm and created a warm and cozy atmosphere. The general areas of the riad were well-maintained and provided a peaceful ambiance for relaxation.
If I were to suggest an improvement for a better vacation for senior people, I would appreciate the availability of handrails or grab bars in the bathrooms. These safety features would be beneficial for seniors like myself, providing extra support and stability while using the facilities.
